can you use the stock 6.1 in the 5.7, is it a up grade?? if so what else do you need to install???? any info would be great thanks......

Hey Mike, I wouldn't waste the money on putting a 6.1 cam in. If you don't want to get into changing valve springs and doing ported heads, etc. I would just go with A stage 1 cam. We have installed HHP's stage 1 cams in my personal 300srt and have also installed them in 5.7's as well. With the cam and tuning for it, you should get about 25rwhp and the cam is so stealthy, no one will ever know its in there. It idles as smooth as butter.
